Toasted Pumpkin Seeds!
Here's a recipe that is truly life changing yet DELICIOUS!

Many people need to get more omegas, fiber, and low-cost protein into their diets.  This recipe does WONDERS for constipation issues and is perfect for all diabetics.  Many diabetics need a better balance of protein and fiber.  These pumpkin seeds are PACKED with protein and fiber in addition to the omegas.   Protein, fiber, and the omegas significantly help balance blood sugar by slowing the uptake of carbohydrates.

I order all my nutritional-therapy products from swansonsvitamins.com.  Just check out their prices!

Take a 4-ounce package of Swanson's organic pumpkin seeds, and mix them up in a bowl with 1 tablespoon Swanson's olive oil, 1 tablespoon Swanson's coconut oil (melted), and 2 pinches of Swanson's Himalayan Salt.  Spread coated seeds in a baking dish.  Toast in a preheated 400-degree oven for approximately 10 minutes.  Ovens vary, so check on them to make sure they don't burn, but they should be brown.

Cool them, put them in a glass jar, keep them in the refrigerator, and enjoy 1/4 cup once or twice a day for 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of FIBER PER 1/4-cup serving!   Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout your day.  High fiber requires high water to keep things moving.  Ask your go-to professionals how much water YOU should drink.

As one who has always disliked breakfast, I now look forward to getting significant protein and fiber in such a delightful way.  In fact, I eat some of these with every meal.  THESE ARE GOOD!
