- By responding to the following eight questions, you will create a fragrance profile that will help Sheila to custom create a blend of essential oils and flower essences just for you. Here are the eight questions:
- If you could talk to somebody confidentially about any topic that bothers you, what would that topic be? Write down your topic, and then write down any number that comes to mind from 1 to 10.
- If you could change or improve one thing about yourself, what would it be? Write it down, and then write down any number that comes to mind from 1 to 10.
- If you were asked what your greatest strength is, what would you answer? Write it down, and then write down any number that comes to mind, from 1 to 10.

Rate your current anxiety level on a scale from 1-10, with 1 being very little and 10 being severe.
- Rate your current happiness level on a scale from 1-10, with 1 being not happy and 10 being extremely happy.
- Write down the best life event that has happened to you in the last year and give it a number from 1 to 10, with 1 being somewhat good and 10 being extremely good.
- Write down the worst life event that has happened to you in the last year and give it a number from from 1 to 10, with 1 being not so bad and 10 being extremely bad.
- Write down any current chronic physical pain level from 1 to 10 with 1 being very little and 10 being extremely difficult to manage.
- From the information you send Sheila, she will create a custom blend of essential oils and flower essences in a one-ounce cobalt spray bottle. She will also write down your custom recipe. She will send both of these to you upon receipt of your payment of $40 which include shipping, handling. Please use the shopping cart at the left link bar an choose the $40 item.
- Your written custom recipe will allow you to recreate your blend when you run out, or you may want to just re-order. If you had to go out and purchase all the ingredients for your custom blend, you would easily spend over $100. However, if you are already an oils/essences afficianado and would like JUST your custom recipe, the charge is $20, postage included. Use PayPal and Sheila's email, achieve11@mac.com, to pay the $20. Your custom-blend recipe takes Sheila awhile to create, but it is "essentially yours" and will richly enhance your life AND your well being!
- Essential oils and flower essences are pure distillates, infusions, or decoctions of the essences of flowers, roots, leaves, and barks all of which have therapeutic properties. When you apply them on your pulse points, your palms, your ears, your nose, and the soles of your feet, your skin absorbs them within 20 minutes, and they go to work to empower you and enhance your life on all levels. They are God's little healing helpers.
- Sheila's Doctor of Divinity is in Advanced Energy Medicine, and her course of study included training and expertise in both flower essences and essential oils. Flower essences don't have any fragrance. They are the pure energetic of the flower (or leaf). There are hundreds of them. They all do different things. Essential oils DO have fragrances, and there are hundreds of them as well. They all do different things as well.
