Here's how to prove your own creativity!  Once you know how creative you really are, you can be creative in any situation.  It is very important to be creative in these times!

Kids are wonderful at this creativity experiment.  You have a kid inside you who wants to come out and play!  Let your kid out, and see what happens!

Find a small box about the size of a cigar box. It doesn't have to be fancy, but you can decorate it if you like.  This will be your manifestation box.

Into your manifestation box, place as many small, common household items as you can find:  A paper clip, a piece of cloth, some glue, toothpicks, a needle and thread, a thimble, tape, some paper, a pencil, a pen, a tooth brush, an item of jewelry, a straight pin, a safety pin, you get the idea.

Spend about 15 minutes, or whatever time you feel you would like, looking at the items in your manifestation box.  Let your creativity roll by thinking of various ways to use these items.  Take it a step further and let your resourcefulness come forward with an IDEA for putting these common items together into an OBJECT.  It can be a useful object, or an artistic object, or both.  You are going to BUILD an OBJECT.

Take whatever time you need to build your object.

When you are finished, name your object.  What did you just create with your own resourcefulness?

What steps did you take to accomplish this creative activity?

Place your object somewhere where you can notice it daily to remind yourself exactly how creative and resourceful you ARE!  Create a name plate for your object to further reinforce in words what you are capable of.

The next time you are faced with a dilemma, recall the steps you took to create your object, and apply those steps to your dilemma.  You are going to be amazed!
