Good-For-You Chocolate Candy Recipe!
My recipe is being included in a cook book that will be distributed worldwide!  Thought you might enjoy the recipe!

GOOD-FOR-YOU CHOCOLATE CANDY!

Melt a 6-ounce block of baker's unsweetened dark chocolate with 6 ounces of coconut oil over VERY LOW HEAT in a double boiler.  

It will start to thicken up.  Add water to achieve a smooth, stir-able consistency.  

Stir in 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or more if you like), 1 tsp vanilla (or more if you like), and two tablespoons granulated Stevia (or more if you like - Stevia is very sweet, much sweeter than regular sugar).  Stevia is now available in most grocery stores where you find other sweeteners.  It even comes in little packets for use in your beverages.  (I like it with unsweetened cranberry juice.)

Mix well, taste, adjust ingredients to YOUR taste.

You can add a half cup of chopped nuts if you like them - any kind you like.

Pour mixture into a small, buttered, glass baking dish or pie plate and refrigerate.  The smaller the baking dish, the thicker your pieces will be.

When solid, cut into pieces.  Store in freezer in a freezer bag and enjoy whenever you feel like it.  It's GOOD FOR YOU!  You can even melt it into milk or water for hot chocolate (unless you added the nuts!).

This candy is GOOD FOR YOU because:

1.  Dark chocolate is second only to COFFEE in its antioxidant content!  It also produces the same hormones that we feel when we are in love, so you feel GOOD when you eat chocolate!

2.  Coconut oil, contrary to former belief, actually lowers bad cholesterol!  It is also great for stimulating the metabolism, so it is useful in weight loss!

3.  Stevia balances blood sugar, helps prevent tooth decay, and contains fiber!

4.  Cinnamon balances blood sugar, lowers bad cholesterol, and is great for the circulation and the heart!  Cinnamon in chocolate tastes absolutely delightful.

5.  Nuts are omega rich and contain fiber!  They are good for the heart and the digestion!

Amazing that something so good can be so good FOR you!
